Most owners come to us in one of four situations: a property that is not let yet, a holiday let they have been running themselves and have had enough of, a property with another manager that is not performing, or a long let they are thinking of switching to short lets. Whichever it is, the first step is the same: tell us about the property.
What you get back
Within one working day: a realistic income range for the property based on where it is and what it is, the things it needs before the first guest (safety checks, furnishing, linen), and our terms in writing. If you already let the property, we look at its current listing and say what we would change.
What we look at

Frequently asked questions
What happens after I send the form?
A member of the team looks at the property and the area, then contacts you within one working day with an income range, what the property needs before its first guest and our terms. If it looks like a good fit, we arrange a visit.
How long until the property takes bookings?
It depends on whether you already have a good listing. Building one from scratch is typically done within a week of our photographer's visit. If you already have a strong listing on your own account, we can co-host it instead.
I am already with another manager. What do I need to do?
Give your current manager the notice their contract asks for. If the listing is on your own hosting account and good enough, we co-host it, so its reviews stay. If not, we build a new one while your notice period runs.
Do you take every property?
No. We take properties we can let well and service properly: somewhere guests want to stay, in an area our recommended cleaning and maintenance companies reach, with the lease and mortgage permissions in place. If a property is not a fit, we say so.
