Is there Airbnb demand in Winton outside term time?
Yes, though it changes. In term time, demand follows university visits and work stays. In July and August, when students have left, Winton picks up visitors who want a cheaper base with parking a bus ride from the beach, and contractors continue through the year. We adjust the minimum stay and the price to each period and review them daily.
Can I Airbnb my student house over the summer only?
Only if the tenancy has ended and the house is empty, furnished to guest standard and insured for short lets. A summer-only listing starts each year without recent bookings or reviews, which makes it harder to rank. If the gap is only a couple of months, a single mid-term let is often simpler. What should a Winton listing be upfront about?
Three things: parking, street noise in term time and the distance to the beach. Families book graduation stays early, so those dates are priced well before the autumn.
